[Influence]: When the users tried to send the e-mail using the e-mail software, it could not be sent with “TLS Authorization Error” message (The sending from Gmail was no problem).
[Reason]: Operation miss regarding the regular maintenance (one a year) of the e-mail encryption system.
[Operation]: I re-updated the e-mail encryption system and rebooted the e-mail sending system.
