- [Influence]: You cannot access to http://www.cseas.kyoto-u.ac.jp and cannot send&receive @cseas.kyoto-u.ac.jp e-mail address. If you send an e-mail to @cseas.kyoto-u.ac.jp or send an e-mail from @cseas.kyoto-u.ac.jp, their e-mail will be sent after the server maintenance will be finished.
