(Done) Announcement of temporary HP and E-mail system suspension

Dear CSEAS, ASAFAS, CIAS members.

According to the announcement of the media center of Kyoto University, some CSEAS network services will be influenced during the following period.

1. June 21 (Tue), 2011 18:20 – 19:20 (CSEAS Server will be suspended)
– CSEAS E-mail (@cseas.kyoto-u.ac.jp)
– CSEAS HP and G-COE HP

2. June 21 (Tue), 2011 19:50 – 20:30 (The common servers will be suspended)
– E-mail of Kyoto University (@kyoto-u.ac.jp)
– E-mail of common administrative office (@office.cseas.kyoto-u.ac.jp)
– HP of common administrative office (http://www.office.cseas.kyoto-u.ac.jp)

* You can access to the Internet except the above HP and E-mail.

[Operation]
According to the media center, they plan to do the security update for the network machines.
