By being promoted to the institution, the documentation section was abolished and established the network division for informatics. Information processing office changed the network division. Then, the chief of information processing office was promoted to the manager related to the information technology and the job area of the chief was added not only the maintenance of information infrastructures but also international activity. - April, 2006
