  2. 16:00 — 17:00:  3F (Common Meeting rooms,  ASAFAS, AFRICA)
  3. 17:00 — 17:30:  2F (CSEAS, CIAS, KOKORO)
  4. 17:30 — 18:30:  1F (All departments and common administrative office)
