* If you have SPS-ID, please ignore the following notice. If you have ECS-ID* (student, visiting scholar, affiliate faculty&researcher, and so on) except emeritus, please confirm the renewal procedure of ECS-ID.
ECS-ID users have to do the renewal procedure every year at the media center of Kyoto University. The media center has been suspending ECS-ID since August every year. If you don’t do it, your ECS-ID was suspended, so you cannot use the common services of Kyoto University, such as Wi-Fi, Library online service, PPTP connection, and so on.

And then, please confirm the e-mail forwarding setting of the e-mail address for ECS-ID.
– How to forward ECS-ID e-mail.
* ECS-ID means Educational Computer System ID. The head character of the account name is “a”. In the Center, the ID is used by a part of visiting faculties and visiting foreign researchers.
