Dear all
The new Mac OS “macOS 15 Sequoia” was released on September 17, 2024(JST).
If you have installed the Center’s security software called “ESET” (SPS-ID holders only), you must upgrade to v8.1.6000 before upgrading to the brand-new OS.
Please remember that the latest ESET does not support macOS 10.15 Catalina or previous versions. If your Mac uses these older OS, you should upgrade to macOS Big Sur or later.
Your Mac cannot install the latest OS, in which case please upgrade to the most recent version possible.
Notes on the Center’s security software (ESET) for OS upgrades
Before upgrading the OS, upgrade to an ESET compatible with that OS.
When upgrading the OS, please remove ESET once before upgrading and then download and install the Sequoia-compatible (v8.1.6000) version of ESET after the upgrade.
