(Fixed) Network Service Suspension in Kyoto University

Dear all.

During the following period, the Kyoto University network was unavailable  due to the network trouble.

Now, the trouble was restored.

• [Influence] All network service in Kyoto University had been unavailable.
• [Reason]: the unexpected amount of packet was sent from the certain Terminals on-campus to the network device.
