(Fixed) Unstable Gmail and Google Drive services (ex. cannot download an attached file)

According to G Suite Status Dashboard, the trouble was fixed at 3:13 PM. Dear all, According to G Suite Status Dashboard and Gmail, Google Drive hit with global outage (CNET) , Gmail and Google Drive appears to be having trouble in the world. Some staffs asked it to  information processing office. I cannot download an attached file. I cannot send an e-mail message. The trouble already has been investigated by Google. Dear all. Microsoft co. provided the large-scale update “Windows 10 Fall Creators Update” for Windows10. Unfortinately, the Center’s security software “ESET” doesn’t support the update. Therefore, please set to delay the “Windows 10 Fall Creators Update” in your Windows10. Dear all. Recently, there are many troubles regarding Windows 10 Upgrade. The PC cannot work (Windows OS cannot work). Network cannot connect. Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) cannot work. Dear all. During the following period, the Kyoto University network was unavailable  due to the network trouble. Now, the trouble was restored.
